Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support a fast-paced mobile application project. This role is focused on testing mobile app functionality, integrations with Salesforce, and ensuring end-to-end quality across customer-facing features.

The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to the successful release of new mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases across mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Conduct functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing across web and mobile systems
• Perform device testing across a variety of smartphones and tablets
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and delivery leads in Agile ceremonies
• Carry out API testing using Postman or equivalent
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and help shape testing best practices

Skills & Experience Required

✅ 5+ years of experience in software testing

✅ Strong hands-on experience with mobile app testing

✅ Solid exposure to Salesforce testing (e.g. Service Cloud, workflows, integrations)

✅ Competence in writing test cases, executing test plans, and managing defects

✅ Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI

✅ Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills

✅ Telecom, retail, or consumer product experience is a plus (but not essential)
