What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver change initiatives across multiple projects in a dynamic, professional environment
- Draft and deliver engaging communications and visual materials that bring change to life
- Coordinate training sessions with internal teams and external L&D vendors
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior professionals and partners
- Support adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Change Analyst or Junior Change Manager, ideally in professional services or corporate environments
- Strong communication skills with a flair for visual presentations and storytelling
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and navigate change with empathy and professionalism
- Experience coordinating training and change adoption activities
- A proactive, adaptable mindset – you enjoy juggling multiple priorities and keeping projects moving
