Senior Product Designer

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where projects move quickly, collaboration is key, and experimentation is celebrated.

You’ll be someone who:

• Brings curiosity, creativity, and energy to the table every day.
• Is willing to test, iterate, pitch bold ideas, and learn from mistakes.
• Enjoys diving deep into an industry, building empathy, and designing with purpose.
• Can ship a project in three weeks, but isn’t afraid to solve a problem in three days.
• Knows when to challenge the brief and when to nail it as written.
• Moves fluidly between discovery and delivery, from user flows to pixel-perfect UIs.
• Works collaboratively with designers, engineers, founders, and PMs.
• Contributes to and evolves our design system as we scale.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience (startup experience preferred).
• A strong portfolio showing UX thinking and clean, impactful UI.
• Ability to generate a range of ideas and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication skills for sharing your design rationale.
• Comfortable collaborating and giving/receiving feedback.
• Skilled in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design.
• Business-savvy mindset that aligns design with product and growth goals.
• Solid understanding of development constraints and feasibility.
• Expertise in layout, typography, and visual design fundamentals.
• Proficient in Figma (design, prototyping, and design system usage).

Bonus Points

• Fintech or data visualisation experience.
• Ability to design clean and user-friendly dashboards and data displays.
